Wow! Things Have Sure Gotten Better Around Here! Well, ladies and gentlemen... I'm back! Did ya miss me? Haha, I thought not. Just thought I'd say hi and congratulate you all on generating so much buzz for this site. That is seriously cool. Sorry I've been gone. I felt like things were getting out of hand around here, so I left. Now that I check back in, looks like things are really shaping up. I'm mostly posting, thought, to give a heads up to those who have seen my trailer and scenes from my film "Somos Las Bolas." The good news is that I've decided to release the film publiclyh on Revver. I am doing this because no-one seems to want to buy the DVD. Which is fine, I can understand that. So what I'm hoping is that people will watch the full film on Revver and then, if it moves them to, they'll purchase the DVD to help fund further films. The DVD features so many extras it's worth the price alone. I also wanted to share the exciting news that "Somos" won a prize of $2,000 for best low budget film in the Student Films Across America festival, and has also been selected for the Iowa Showcase in the Landlocked film festival. This is very exciting! I hope I can get my film in front of as many eyes as I can. Anyway. Just wanted to get that stuff out there. Hope my return is welcome! Peace, Andrew Edmark |

Hey Aedmark, I did miss you, for what is worth. I missed everyone who went underground, specially during the hard times. We really needed you guys. But I'm very glad you're back, very very welcome man.
Things indeed have turned around... we got some good press, a lot of quality films, a lot of amazing new members, the script contest started. You gotta enter the script contest dude :) You'll love it :) And yes, I am, finally, a moderator, and no personal attacks have ever been posted again, and if they do, I'll just delete them. So things are really really good.
Now that you mention Revver, did you know you can submit films to KC that are hosted in Revver? I'm very interested in your decision to release Somos Las Bolas via Revver... are you planning to break it into episodes? We would love to host that here! Check out http://www.karmacritic.com/angryjack for an example of how that would look. You would have a rotating graphical banner in our header too, Let me know if you're interested!! Marco: I thought about the whole episode thing but I think it's too short to draw it out like that, it would kinda ruin the atmosphere. But it's a good idea. If I do something longer I'll definitely consider it.
But... Could I get a banner anyway? HAHA. Kidding.. Unless you wouldn't mind, of course ;)

Revver (as well as all the other video websites) gets blocked here in my office, but I went ahead and promoted Somos Las Bolas anyway, sight on seen just on your cred alone :) I'll check it out as soon as i get home. I know its your baby, and a lot of work went into it, plus, its not often that we get films longer than 5 or 10 mins. Best of luck man!
