Who is the most beautiful actress of all time  With respects to Dawn, and all other actresses on Karma. As well as risking the ire of any actresses I may work with in the future. I respectfully submit Hedy Lamarr, for which the phrase "All this and brains too" might have been coined (she held a patent for synchronizing the signals to remote controlled torpedos, and for preventing them from being jammed, which is apparently the basis for many modern systems including cell phones.) Some have said Merle Oberon, but I never saw it, although Merle's husband was a cinematographer who created the "Obie" light for her, Others might say Vivien Leigh, I think however I am sticking with Hedy Lamarr. What do you all think?

I cannot for the life of me find a picture of her in the interwebs, other than these tiny thumbnails. Oh, I've tried. More than once. (well, there is this sily nude celeb website and I'm not about to give them my credit card, prolly fake anyway).
I was.. maybe 12 years old, ... or 13 at most, and I saw her on a stupid B-movie on TV, badly dubbed to spanish. I was transfixed. I endured the silliness of the movie until it was over, just so I could look at the credits, and there she was... "Felicity Waterman" was her name. That was before the days of the internet, so I couldnt look her up other than memorize her name, and say to myself I would marry a woman just like her :)
Which didnt happen :)
But thats okay, I got something better anyway, right honey? (she's reading over my shoulder :) )

Oh My G-d, she was on Team Knight Rider. I'm sorry, but she cannot, just cannot be counted. Well anyway she is way below the amazing Carol Munroe (from many a Hammer film - "Captain Chronos" for example - or "The Golden Voyage of Sinbad" )
I'm sorry, just watch Hedy Lamarr in "Samson and Delilah" with Victor Mature, and you will forsake all others (except wife or girfriend.) My goodness the black and white photos don't do her justice. Technicolor is barely good enough for her.
Her IMDB link, with many pics of Hedy (sorry none of Felicity), apparently Hedy is credited with the firs Nude scene in a motion picture. I doubt that though as some (if not many) of the first films were pornographic.

As a button. I've heard of head lice, and crab lice, but head crabs? Maybe in "Alien 3" where they had to shave rippleys, but later edited that plot twist out.

This is a loaded question
I answer this the same way I answer when someone asks who my favorite actor of all time is.
There are too many to list, and for me to choose just one would be unfair to the hundreds I would leave out. I hesitate to even make a list because I will regret leaving someone off later on.
I guess the short answer would be "It depends on my mood," but that dances dangerously close to degrading and offensive.
As for Heddy LaMarr (that's Headly, lol), were you all aware she is credited with the first nude scene in American cinema? Uh-huh, 1933's Ecstacy. Although, Audry Munson was showing her bare tucas during the silent era, LaMarr was the first to show teats.

I can't choose just one. So many are so beautiful and I would work with any of them. Except Linda Fiorentino. According to something I read about Dogma, the common concensus about her from many people who worked with her is she's a real bitch.

Yeah sure, and I can't wait to have an actress be upset with me because I didn't pick her as the most beautiful. But really for an actress to ask, she would have to be really insecure, and when have you ever known an insecure actress.

But come on, it is like acting, there are just so many ways to go with the emotional response for each moment in a scene. You pick one. If ya can't pick one, then your performance will be all over the place. I've got to say, I had no idea who Hedy Lamarr was, besides the joke in Blazing Saddles (as Turzman allued to.) I had heard" she was beautiful, but so rumored to be beautiful was Merle Oberon. Then one day I caught Samson and Delilah", There was a beautiful creature, vivacious and pretty. A young Angela Lansbury, so pretty on the screen. Then Hedy Lamarr apeared, and poor Angela became forgotten. It is a treat, costumes from "The Ten Commandments" (staring a stunning Anne Baxter), also in "Samson and Delilah" a young and strong George Sanders (later in life the mysterious servant Shadwell in "Psychomania".)
So onto the screen glows Hedy Lamarr, and as with Samson, I am smitten, and all the rumors of her beauty are proven true.

I can't remember being turned on by any actress in any film more than I was by the sublime Daniela Bianchi...
...who played the Russian spy Tatiana Romanova in "From Russsia With Love":
...although I guess she really wasn't much of an actress. Her performance had to be re-voiced by another actress. (I like to think that this was just because her Italian accent was too strong. It is striking how many of the really gorgeous Bond girls have come out of northern Italy.)
If we're talking about real actresses, then I'd vote for Vivien Leigh. Or of the current crop, Cameron Diaz or Dawn Akemi... but you already know what they look like.

Any way, Daniela, yes very hot, especially in the black choker and bed sheet, but Still Heddy rules the day.
Vivien Leigh, stunning, and perhaps the author of finest performance ever given. The one that drove her mad. Karl Malden, who cares what others say, you love her, that is all you need. Who cares what she did at the Tarantula Arms.
