Space Trek - The Visitors (part one)

Can Captain Kwirk save the Enterprise from the Visitors? Chief Science Officer, Mr. Spark, has his doubts.

Here it is... by popular demand (*cough*) ... a longer version of a short version of part one of a longer short.

(or something like that)

This is the monster that escaped into the public's attention and began the altered direction of my creative course from full-time involvement with music production to full-time involvement with digital motion pictures. (see more notes & details as described in the short Space Trek sample posted also)

Quick production note: when Kwirk, Spark, and Bones enter the elevator.. the original version leads them searching through the crowds in an effort to find a place to meet. Eventually they do.. and while into their meeting, the Captain is called back to the bridge due to an emergency - this version cuts from their dialog within the elevator to their return to the bridge.. skipping the search and eventual meeting.

So, to all you continuity directors... that's why they get nowhere after their elevator ride in this version! =)

You don't miss too much with the meeting: Mr Spark presents his "Theory of Growth" proving with pictures that progress from tricycles to Harley Davidsons and other ridiculous "logical means" that it is the progression of all things "to grow". (Other inanimate gag for our non-emotional logician was a wrist watch up to Big Ben clock)

About the music: I begain with a modified MIDI sequence of the original Star Trek Theme and added my own original scoring ideas for transitions and segues.
