OK. I’ve had to face some hard facts. We’re NOT READY to shoot in July. The script is not ready. The first draft is barely done and I haven’t had enough time to let it marinate to figure out what the rewrites should be. And all of the other gazillion things that need to be done like contracts, planning, locations, etc are not finished either.  Luckily Jeff Current and the band Seven Story Drop (http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm... [1] ) will still be available for the revised schedule. I feel so lucky for that. I do hate postponing it. It makes me have a huge ball of nasty stuff in the pit of my stomach.  But I have to trust that it will all work to the best for the movie. So we are now set to shoot in January of 2009. The good news is that now we won’t be shooting in 105 degree weather. Which is so often what it’s like in Dallas in July. On to the next phase!
