My WotW trailer
As some of you may now, I was in Spielberg's War of the Worlds as one of the hundeds of extras fleeing from the aliens attacking the ferry boat in Athens, NY.
At that time, there was an independent Dreamworks website that sponsored a small pseudo-contest to asee who could come up with the best trailer for any version of WotW, in particular Spielberg's version or the British Pendragon version.

Attention Filmmakers:
The following is a great opportunity for those of you who would like to add a professional music video to your reel of talent...
Karma Critic Radio is hosting a contest to edit a music video for my latest track, 'On a Dark and Stormy Night'.
I was thrilled to be asked, months ago, to write the track for the feature film with the same title with producer Anthony Brewster. The song was so well received by the community that the film's director, Ezequiel, decided to sponsor the making of it's music video.
In mid-August I traveled to the desert to work with four directors and a host of camera hands to shoot the video. We staged it in the same manner in which the film was shot and it looks incredible...not to mention it was an absolute BLAST!
Here is a little teaser of one shot of the film along with one shot that they took of me (super quickly thrown together)...which happens to be the most 'wet' and 'emotional' of them all!

There are more than ten unique shots to work with...all building different emotion from sadness to anger to indignation. Some have fog effects...some different lighting...some rain...etc.
and in some I'm actually DRY! :)

In order to enter the contest you must first become a member of Karma Critic. It is free to sign up.
Since it is a site for filmmakers, whoever wants to become a member is required to submit a film/music video/commercial/experimental film/short film/movie trailer--it doesn't matter what the filmmakers role in the project was, so that means either--directed by/edited by/produced by/cinematography by/written by/costume design/art direction etc.

THE RULES AND REGULATIONS will be posted soon to make the contest 100% official.
