On-Off Lost Sequence

Romina send me an e-mail, she is in Madrid now, and she want the sequence from on-off for her demo reel

I explain to her that finally she dosen´t appear at the final cut for on-off, you know what she answer "Muacks"

becouse she know all the problems with the team becouse I have no budget

people leave in order to look for money, even when I just beg for compromise, but when you have no money for a movie

that is what happen, Romina and Joel participate in on-off, but we need to make other sequenece in oreder to include the entire shots in the movie

but we have no that option, now Romina is a very close friend of mine, it is so hard..I would like to keep her and Joel in the film

but it is no possible...

Several friends request me to upload On-Off

it is very complicated becouse, now on-off it is to be considered in some film festivals,

and them don´t want to have the movie on internet

I don´t want to play with festivals, but now here you have on-off (Pirates of life)

just only for a couple of days, then I will delete the movie and change it for the trailer

due to the massive request to "please upload that again" I will

but just some days if you don´t see that now, I can´t do anything more..

now just some adjust from postproduction and it will be ready

I hope you like, it could be posted just only some days

becouse of festivals

this is a new updated, just the jury copy before Silverspace

made all the final work, and belive me that it will be really better

and with some surprises!, I am sorry I can´t keep that post more

than two days, then it will be changed for the trailer

I don´t want to forget to mention the amazing help of Jan to fix the subtitles,

The day before I flew home to Australia, Dawn took me on a driving tour of her stomping grounds on Hollywood Boulevard. I photographed the passing parade while we reflected on its history, traded wisecracks and reminisced about the good times we'd enjoyed.

The glamour of those famous intersections may have faded somewhat since their golden days, becoming overgrown with shops and tourist traps, but you can still feel "the fever" if you try...

This is the penultimate section of my US travelogue, and runs directly into the LOOP After Party.

Filmmaker's Notes: Another edited home movie, in the "holiday videos shot out the side of a moving car" style.

LOOP After Party

Here's my coverage of the party that followed Pericles' LOOP premiere at the FAIF Festival two weeks ago in Anaheim, California. Which became a happy reunion for several Karmacritters who'd only met on-line.

It's a chance for you to see the famous Dawn Sandwich (as featured in cici's "I posted some pics of our KC gang" blog), my infamous wandering windsock, and cici in action as a photographer. It also comprises the final chapter of my yet-to-be-edited US Travelogue. I've returned with 14 hours of material from a 6 week coast-to-coast trip, so there's certainly some cutting in my future! One part down, about a dozen more to go...

Filmmaker's notes: This is really just an edited home movie, shot in unusually low light, but I have done the best I can. I put it together in a sweet and sentimental, old-fashioned style 'cos hey, that's how I feel about it. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

"Woman of Moon", is a love history, set up in a venetian carnival mask party. Written by "Jose Manuel Brito", "Woman of Moon", told about how a couple use a mask party for playing a seduction game, even in front of their friends.

I will post the subtitled version soon!
